Ben Topor is the Founder and Managing Partner of Titan Capital Partners, which he established in 2021. He is one of the “Tiger Seeds,” managers whose first funds were seeded by Tiger Management.

Titan is a high-conviction growth equity fund focused on acquiring positions in exceptional technology companies through both primary and secondary transactions. The firm invests across infrastructure, vertical software, and enterprise software and was selected by Dun & Bradstreet as one of the top 10 growth equity firms in Israel.

 

Ben began his career as an officer in the Israeli Intelligence Directorate, where he developed deep expertise in pattern recognition and analytical decision-making. Following his military service, he transitioned to finance and later became Head of the Technology, Media, and Telecom (TMT) Investment Banking Division at Cukierman & Co., the former representative of Lazard. Prior to founding Titan, Ben served as a Managing Partner at Catalyst Investments.

In parallel, Ben founded the nonprofit organization The Noah Initiative, focused on regional economic development in Israel. Under his leadership, the organization received multiple awards and attracted attention from local media, government bodies, and international donors.

Ben is the author of the book "Decoding the Software Landscape", a book exploring how software markets evolve and how investors can identify durable opportunities.

​

In 2016, Ben was named to Forbes Israel’s inaugural 30 Under 30 list. He is based in Palm Beach, Florida.
