Ben is the Founder and Managing Partner of Titan Capital Partners, a technology investment firm focused on growth equity and secondary investments in software and internet companies. Over the past decade he has held senior roles in private equity and investment banking and has personally led more than 40 transactions, including in some of Israel’s most sought-after software and internet companies.

Ben is the author of Decoding the Software Landscape, which examines how software markets evolve, how competitive advantage develops, and how investors can identify durable technology businesses. He writes on software, AI and technology investing as a Forbes contributor.

Before founding Titan Capital Partners, Ben was a Managing Partner at Catalyst Investments and Head of Technology, Media & Telecom investment banking at Cukierman & Co., and served as a director of I.E.I. He founded The Noah Initiative, a non-profit focused on regional economic development in Israel, which led to the establishment of the Noah Forrest Neighborhood in Ofakim.

Ben served as an officer in the Israeli Intelligence Directorate. He holds a B.A. in Economics and East Asian Studies from Tel Aviv University and was named to Forbes Israel’s inaugural 30 Under 30 list in 2016. He is based in Palm Beach, Florida.

Omer has spent a decade leading high-impact financial transactions across global markets. As the Head of Investments at CP Group, a prominent London-based global family office, he invested hundreds of millions of dollars in growth equity and private equity investments across three continents. Before joining CP Group, Omer honed his expertise in investment banking and M&A, gaining extensive experience in structuring and executing complex financial deals.

Earlier in his career, Omer served as a consultant in KPMG's Financial Advisory Services Division, advising on strategic transactions and financial strategies. He also earned an MBA from INSEAD, one of the world's leading business schools and holds a dual bachelor's degrees in law and accounting from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, where he was recognized among the university's prestigious "40 Under 40."

Benjamin Canet is an experienced investment professional with over two decades of experience spanning investment banking, public and private equity, special situations, hedge funds, and institutional asset management.

Benjamin spent nearly two decades on Wall Street, beginning his career in mergers and acquisitions at Crédit Agricole before joining UBS Investment Bank, where he served as Co-Head of U.S. Special Situations Equities. He subsequently joined Arrowgrass Capital Partners, a global alternative investment firm, as a Portfolio Manager, focusing on special situations, pre-IPO investments, and complex investment opportunities.

In 2020, Benjamin joined Phoenix Financial, one of Israel's largest institutional asset managers, where he served as Foreign Investment Manager and Head of Global Private Credit. In this capacity, he focused on international investments, private credit, and alternative investment strategies.

Benjamin joined Titan Capital Partners as a Venture Partner in 2024, bringing extensive expertise in capital markets, investment structuring, institutional investing, and identifying opportunities across public and private markets.

Benjamin holds an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business, a Master's degree in Finance from ESSEC Business School, and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Sciences Po Paris.

Jacob is an Investment Associate at Titan, where he focuses on sourcing, evaluating, and managing investments in technology companies and venture capital partnerships, including secondary transactions. Originally from Wisconsin, USA, Jacob previously worked as a Senior Associate at PwC Israel, specializing in valuations, strategy, and business planning. Before that, he gained experience in marketing and business development at Cloudify and served as a Venture Capital Analyst at theDOCK. He brings a strong background in financial analysis, strategic thinking, and investment evaluation to support Titan's mission of identifying world-class opportunities.

Rona is the Head of Communications at Titan, managing internal and external communications with founders, partners, and investors while shaping the firm’s strategic messaging. Previously, she was Head of Operations at a tech company, part of KPMG’s marketing team, and a Project Manager at the Ministry of Tourism. Rona combines expertise in communications and operations to build trust, drive growth, and deliver impactful narratives.

Mickey brings over two decades of experience in the digital industry, with expertise in digital growth, fintech, micro-mobility, gaming, data analytics, and marketing technology. As Group CEO of K Verse, a consortium of five companies driving global digital transformation, Mickey has led strategic growth initiatives and M&A transactions.

Previously, he served as CEO of Investing.com and held leadership roles at Bwin.Party, Neogames, and Caesars. An active investor and business owner, Mickey is involved in ventures like Stork.inc, SlotsCatalog.com, and ScootUp.ae. He serves on multiple boards and is a member of YPO.

Dan leads our DefenseTech and Dual-Use activities, bringing years of hands-on experience in advanced defense technologies, intelligence, and cybersecurity. Before joining Titan, Dan served as head of a leading Israeli organization focused on cutting-edge defense and intelligence technologies, working closely with the Ministry of Defense, DDR&D, and the broader defense-industrial ecosystem. Earlier in his career, Dan was Head of Intelligence & Cyber at the Knesset's Foreign Affairs & Defense Committee; as well as Deputy General Counsel at Verint Systems (Nasdaq: VRNT), where he led complex commercial and cross-border transactions. Dan is a Colonel (res.) in the IDF, serves as an active board member, and holds a dual bachelor degree in law and economics from Tel Aviv University.

Zivan Ori is a seasoned technology entrepreneur and executive with over 25 years of experience in software development, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and enterprise storage systems.

Based in New Jersey, Zivan is currently the Co-Founder and CTO of Datafy, an innovative cloud infrastructure company focused on optimizing enterprise cloud storage. Previously, he co-founded and served as CEO of E8 Storage, a pioneering high-performance storage technology company acquired by Amazon in 2019. Following the acquisition, Zivan joined Amazon Web Services (AWS), where he led the development of Amazon Elastic Block Store (EBS) in Israel.

Earlier in his career, Zivan held senior technology and R&D leadership positions at IBM XIV, Stratoscale, Onigma (acquired by McAfee), and Envara (acquired by Intel), developing deep expertise in building and scaling complex enterprise technology platforms.

A graduate of Israel's prestigious Talpiot program, Zivan holds a B.Sc. in Physics, Mathematics, and Computer Science from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and an M.A. from University College London.

Amit Kanfer is a technology entrepreneur, investor, and engineering executive with over 20 years of experience in software development, cybersecurity, and enterprise technology.

Based in Austin, Texas, Amit serves as Senior Director of Engineering at Elastic (NYSE: ESTC), where he has held a leadership role in the company's engineering organization and helped establish its Israeli R&D operations. Previously, Amit co-founded and served as CEO of build.security, an innovative cloud-native security company acquired by Elastic in 2021. The company developed technology that enables organizations to manage and enforce security policies across complex cloud environments.

Earlier in his career, Amit held senior engineering and technology leadership positions at Intel, 3M, Fireglass (acquired by Symantec), and Symantec, gaining extensive experience in enterprise software, cybersecurity, and large-scale technology development.

Amit holds a B.Sc. in Communications Systems Engineering from Ben-Gurion University, an MBA from Tel Aviv University, and a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. He is also an active technology investor, supporting emerging software and cybersecurity companies.
